A combination of wanting to enjoy variety in what I eat, but spend a minimal time preparing it and being mindful of fat and calories, led me to purchase Ainsley Harriott’s Low-fat Meals in Minutes. I have had the book for about three years now and it remains my absolute favourite cookery book although admittedly I only have the four. Low-fat Meals in Minutes is available in hardback only with a list price of £14.99, it can be found cheaper though, for instance it currently retails on Amazon at about £10 new. There are 192 pages to the book, all of which are in glossy colour and 160 pages are devoted to the recipes. Each dish takes up two pages, one for the ...
