Terry Ravenscroft is clearly mad. Either that or he has far too much time on his hands. The basis of the book is simple, but produces hilarious consequences: Ravenscroft writes to an airline with a complaint, question or comment on its services and then waits for the response. So, why's that funny? Well, because some of the scenarios he dreams up are sheer genius. Not convinced? Then how about the military enthusiasts who want to fly to Germany on Lufthansa Airlines by chartering a Fokker?
