Animal Ark: Dog at the Door - Lucy Daniels

When I was younger I always had my nose in a book. Being the huge animal lover I was (and still am), I often chose to read books about animals. The Animal Ark book series by Lucy Daniels was very popular with me, and one of the titles was Dog at the Door. Although you should never judge a book by its cover, I always do, so it is important that it looks quite good! The cover of Dog at the Door is actually quite depressing. You can see a sad looking Golden Retriever in front of what looks like a locked door. It's not a sad-puppydog-eyes look, but a look of anxiety and lonliness.
