Advantages: Easy read - large type font

Disadvantages: Drags on a bit - you can tell Will has added bits on at later stages as well

I got this book because i am generally interested in Will Young. I bought this book because i watched that very massive reality TV show Will was on, and thought he was a very worthy winner. He impressed me vocally, musically and as a person and i thought this book would be fasinating insight into the world of Will Young - well maybe the first two months of being and winning the show.

I think the embossed and nice front and back simple black pristine cover are so neat and trendy, i atcually own two copies of the book!

I feared the book might have a ghost writer, with Will not saying anything in first person form. I thought a person would say on this date Will did this, this and this. It's in date format and is a sort of diary of auditions to final. Will kept a diary as was shown throughout the series, although change the winner to Gareth - would we have a diary, is Gareth the sort of person to keep a diary for thoughts? and feelings? Nahhhh...they strruck the goldmine with Will - this diary is entertaining, informative, interesting and humourous.

I think the captions to the photos slotted in are quite amusing and tongue in cheek.

I think it's a fairly simple read and i think it's quite entertainig, i have been known to read nearly a hundred pages of it in a go. It's qiuite a quick and easy read. I found it interesting. The dairy entry for the final is most interesting, it's quite interesting really. I have to say that mostly these celeb diaries are a pack of lies and you can tell that, but in this diary Will openly admits the truth i feel and admits he doesnt think he was gonna win, suprised he wins and feels sorry for Gareth for making him lose and by winning.

It's gripping and informative really. I think it's sincere and quite interesting. I can happily read all the pages - it's a quick read, fast readers can flick through the whole thing in a hour despite their being 200+ pages, it's neat as well and i think it's honest. All the reciepe's of a brillant autobiographical book release by any celebrity.

Summary: Reality tv show 2002 Will Young first book - i got 2 copies
