Set after World War 3, scattered governments set up an Olympus where biodroids (half-human, half-robot) live and life is controlled and monitored. However, a few terrorists have had enough and plan to destroy the main computer to restore freedom to mankind. Meanwhile, Deunan and her cyborg partner Briareos try to track them down. Based on the manga (Japanese comic book) by Masamune Shirow, the dubbing is poor as there is an extreme amount of swearing not original to the anime.
