*Introduction*

As an avid Arsenal fan, the one thing that I did ask my parents to buy me for Christmas was the Official 2009 Arsenal calendar. This was one of the only things on my list this year and I wasn't disappointed on Christmas morning when I opened it. Although, I think they had got the hint after the 50th time I had mentioned it and the several links to online websites where they could buy it cheap.

*The Calendar*

The Arsenal Official 2009 calendar is an A3 sized wall calendar with spiral binding. It is of a high quality and I especially like the fact that the paper isn't flimsy. Additionally, it is easy to use as the binding is perfectly laid out.

The calendar features all of the players key to the 2008-9 season for the mighty Arsenal. For each of the months, two Arsenal players are pictured. One of these photographs is an action shot and the other is their current squad picture. They are as follows:

January - Goalkeepers Manuel Almunia and Lucasz Fabianski.
February - Centre back William Gallas and right back Bacary Sagna.
March - Centre back Kolo Toure and central midfielder Abou Diaby.
April - Left back Gael Clichy and centre back Johan Djourou.
May - Central midfielder Aaron Ramsey and centre back Mikael Silvestre.
June - Left winger Samir Nasri and central midfielder Amaury Bischoff.
July - Striker Robin Van Persie and left wing Jack Wilshire.
August - Central midfielder Cesc Fabregas and all round team player Alexandre Song.
September - Right wingers Theo Walcott and Tomas Rosicky.
October - Striker Carlos Vela and right winger Emmanuel Eboue.
November - Strikers Nicklas Bendtner and Eduardo.
December - Striker Emmanuel Adebayor and central midfielder Denilson.

What I like most about this calendar, unlike last years, is the fact that you have space to write any important dates throughout the year. This is handy for me as I like to write key dates throughout the year on a calendar thanks to my useless memory.

Do you know what I think is the best thing about the calendar? The fact that is packed with physically fit and good looking guys and I don't even get into trouble with my boyfriend for having it because he is a goner too. Are you impressed?

*Overall*

So in summary, I think that this is a great calendar complete with fantastic in action and squad photographs. It is situated at the door of my bedroom for me to see as I go out everyday. I'm a little bit scatty and have such a poor memory so the calendar is perfect for me. It is a must have for any Gunners out there!

I especially like the month of August, with Cesc Fabregas . So I'm just thinking roll on August! I don't recommend you go buying it for any Tottenham Hotspur or Manchester United fans.

This is still available to buy from www.calendarclub.co.uk for £7.99 even if it is a little late seeing as we are getting towards the end of January now. Worth every penny if you ask me.
