I had no reason to buy this book. I have no idea what made me do it. I liked the cover! A beautiful photo of a tart stuffed with tomatos and something green on a cool blue background, and a silver bottom third with the simple words The Art of The Tart. Looked very stylish. So I got myself a copy. What a little gem this book is. Packed full of tart recipes to keep anyone happy. Now I like a good tart as well as the next man, but I had no idea that they were so adaptable.
