Arthur in a pickle a childrens story book by Marc Brown . When my local library was having a clear out of books I noticed this one for sale at 40p price on it when new is £2.99p. I bought it to add to Adrian’s ever-growing library. (I think it’s suitable for a 4/5 year old till 6/7) There are several books about Arthur and his exploits. I believe Arthur is an Aardvaac the characters in this book are a variety of anthropomorphic animals with a few humans. This book was first published 1999in America. Picture the scene. It's gone midnight and you're working somewhere in the Med, bringing back the coach from Cabaret, full of slightly drunk adults and very hyper kids. The rep in charge of guiding the coach is pretty hopeless and has run out of jokes having already guided it for the hour or so going there. You commissions depend on happy guests ticking the "Excellent" box on the questionnaire when they leave, but at the rate he's going, you're unlikely to get an "Average". What do you do?
