I am a great fan of Anthony Robbins. I found his books very American and rather heavy going, but they contain techniques for taking control of your ife which I think would be of use to almost everyone. In fact, I think the people who would find this book most useful are those suffering from trauma and depression - and they are unlikely to be attracted by the title and design of the book. Anthony Robbins gives people a chance to take control of their lives, and especially to handle negative and traumatic experiences.
