Azazel is the name of the two centimetre tall demon who uses his magical powers to 'help' George Bitternut by trying to solve all his problems, and those of his friends, too. Azazel always means well, but you can guarantee once he becomes involved things will go wrong. One of my favourite examples of this is a short story titled The Evil Drink Does.
