We got this book when our daughter was tiny, and we have read it so many times with her it is scruffy now and she is only 6 months old. The baby einstein series is based around the concept that babies appreciate 'proper' pictures rather than cartoonified stuff. They also do a series of cartoons and other toys as well based around this principle invloving classical music. This is a small palm sized board book aimed at babies from birth. It has a series of 10 pictures with statements such as 'Babies have tiny hands' with a picture of tiny baby hands next to it.
