My stepdaughter is expecting her first baby, and as she was raised as an only child (her half siblings are only just now 4 and 6), she has had many questions about preparing for parenthood. Many of her friends have just had babies, but being a sensible girl, she came asking for advice from people she knew had real long term experience. One of those persons was me :) Young first and even second time parents are often very nervous about becoming parents and wanting to do it “just right”. Advice a plenty can be had, but where to get advice backed up by real experts can be a real minefield. Print it in a book, or make a TV show, and bam- people think you are a ...
