This paperback book is a really excellent manual for those who want to learn all about the Bach Flower remedies and for those who are already experienced in the therapy. It is well written, includes lots of detailed information, however it is not dry. Bringing an overview of Dr Bach's health system, how the flower essences work, how to chose the right remedy, then a large section, devoted to each of the 38 remedies. Each remedy is looked at in detail enabling you to become skilled in chosing the right remedy for each situation.
