I was given this book as an anniversay gift by my husband,mainly as it siad on the cover it was about a girl Anna who ends up being a nanny...I was a nanny! Oh how true to life it was,the oh so famous people in it are very real and anyone who has worked for people in the media and related careers will agree with me the nanny can make or break the day of a wannabe by simply saying 'you look nice'!The book is of course very tongue in cheek Anna thought she was going to get an aprentiship with a novelist but finds herself doing the washing cooking and looking after the brat from hell! Her only way out is to marry rich and so the modern day sloaney cinderella comes to life,its a great lighthearted read perfect holiday reading.
