Newest Review: ... on the popular children's television series. Fortunately, I have managed to prevent any more titles from this series coming ... more  ... into our house, but the more tolerant among you might be a bit more willing to own a couple of these books.
I think the reason little kids like the grandson like this sort of book is because it's so chirpy and upbeat. The story is very simple, PC Plum is on the hunt for a missing cow called Alison. He's going all through Balamory trying to find her.

I personally really dislike Balamory, The Lost Cow. I find it irritating, childish and yet more irritating. But the person for whom its intended seems to thoroughly enjoy this book so I'm forced to read and re-read it on a regular basis (sadly). It costs £3.99 from Amazon and is part of the Balamory book series which is based on the popular children's television series.
