The Puppet Show is a great book which has been written based on the children's television series Balamory. The front cover of the book is a nice bright pink colour with a picture of Archie and a robot and he name Balamory above this in nice bright coloured letters and below the picture is the name of the book in blue bubble letters. At the top of the cover there is a picture showing some of the houses in the Balamory town. The back cover of the book is also bright pink and has a square in the middle which is a slightly different pink colour and has lots of balloons at the top and a description of the story below these. Needs a list of equipment and materials at the start of each idea full of humour, different from most run of the mill beginning chapter books if you object to fantasy, this is not for you lots to do and easy to follow none!
