 ... this book a lot better, however considering Ally Kennen had this idea first, no other author can re-write it, which is quite unfortunate, as it would have been better written by other authors. Anyway this is about a boy called Stephen. It's in first person so it takes some time to realise what his name is. Anyway, all you find out at first is that he buys animals to feed someone, and then you find out he is a foster child. You don't find out much about his family until about half-way through. To be totally honest I don't know what to make of this book, it was really good, especially the story-line, I have to admit that, but I don't know what was wrong with this book, probably Ally Kennen's writing technique or something like that, I tried my best to not read it, which is kind of weird for me as I always love to finish a book, even if they are really rubbish! I am pondering upon whether I should attempt to read the sequel to this book, I really don't know.
