I am really interested in self-help books and have quite a collection. This one is definitely one of the best that I have read! I usually buy this type of book and use it to dip into now and again as I feel the need as they can sometimes be heavy going to read in the way that one would read a novel. This one was quite different. I bought it to look at during a long train journey and I just read it easily from cover to cover. It contains good common sense advice written in the sort of style that it is an interesting read. There are also humorous quotes and cartoons throughout the book too.
