Very funny and makes you laugh. Some humour will not appeal to all, some jokes of an adult nature

Has some funny bits Best read in small doses, a bit cliched

Easy to understand statistics and nutritional data Can be too "evangelical" at times - overdoes the enthusiasm

A deliciously naughty book Perhaps not applicable to every normal person's life

Good read - short chapters - suited to holidays and trips Some of the topical stuff is dated now

Lovely trip down memory lane My life is now consigned to a history book!
