Disadvantages: Don't start this if you have things to do... you won't be able to put it down.
This is the 10th crime novel featuring Dr Kay Scarpetta. Fans of forensic crime novels would die for this!
Medical examiner Dr Kay Scarpetta, fighting her grief, has thrown herself into her work. Answering a call after a body is found aboard a cargo ship, is the beginning of a trail that leads to Interpol's headquarters, a Paris morgue then back to the states. She puts her career on the line, putting her friends and family in mortal danger.
This is an unputdownable page turner! A cauldron of fear, adrenelin and tension, holds you tight, right to the very last page.
My only critisism, is at the very end. It is soooooo obviously leading you to the next novel. But it doesn't detract from the fact this is a damn good read!
