I've always been a fan of books by Anthony Seldon, his coverage of contemporary British politics is always relevant and timely and the depth of his research is always impressive. In this book he states that he has conducted 600 interviews which form 90% of the content of the book. The result of his work is a very impressive biography of the former Prime Minister, Tony Blair. The style of the book is different to the biography he wrote of Sir John Major. Seldon state in his introduction that he changed his method of writing the book after finding that instead of writing a biography of Major the man, he had written a history of his Government. To ...
