Advantages: It'll blow your mind

Disadvantages: You'll never look at your kids the same again

I can't believe that I found this book in here, because no one I've met seems to have heard of it. Personally I loved it. I got it from the library at first and I actually had to go out and find it again a year after my first reading of it. I NEVER do that.

The whole idea of parents killing their offspring is totally new to me. I mean kids killing off their parents has been done to death by Stephen King in Children of the Corn, (which has now been made into so many trash movies it's unreal), but this was the first time the kids ever got it from the adults, as far as I know anyway.

The whole story is so well written you'll find it incredibly hard to put down, sleep whassat?

If you're a parent you may look at your kids a little differently by the time you've read this. And if you are young you'll never turn your back on your parents again!!!

The whole thing has an almost spiritual side to it that I never expected in a book like this. The idea that listening to what our dreams tell us will make us better human beings seems to make a whole lot of sense. If we could learn to communicate with our inner conciousness in the way described we could become so much more powerful, almost Godlike in a way. The whole idea is totally cool and I wanna learn how to do it so badly I can taste it.

(Someone wrote a comment that said what if the inner conciousness were evil. Good point, damn scary thought!)

If you've not read this book, I strongly suggest you read it right now because it's one that will stick in your mind forever and not go away.

I have to go and read it again myself because it's been about 2 years since I read it and I want to refresh my memory.

If you like to cheer on the underdog this is a book you will love.

If your liking is for mass slaughter you will also love this book.

If you have any degree of spritual depth this i
s also the book for you.

Don't go thinking it's in any way about God because he barely gets a mention. The spirituality is new and fresh yet old as time itself.

You will not forget this one in a hurry. Believe me!!!!!

Sounds good but I just know I'd have terrible, vivid nightmares if I read it!
