[He died. Aww.] I have the book right here because I'm going to quote from it later on - it's what they call a "slim volume", actually, it's more than that, it's a very skinny one. That must be why I'd so naughtily missed it from our reading aloud list: it's been squashed up on the shelf between all the other, fatter books, out of sight.
