The edge of reason, the sequel to bridget joneses diary. In reading the book i felt i was in the company of a dear friend, someone who i could and have related to and in a sense it was like looking in a mirror. Not long into reading the edge of reason i began to agonise with bridget over the many misunderstandings between her and mr darcy and her over baring parents. Her mother not content with having an affair with julio plans a trip to kenya with una and brings back a masi mara tribes man. she also finds over friendly uncle geffory in her local with a young man! and ends up in a tiwaneese prison from which mr darcy saves her (no wonder the girl can't establish a stable relationship). All in all an hilariouse read higly recomended if you are planning a beach holiday this year. oh and of course there is the builder gary who likes fishing and is an overall dark horse. Summary: |
