course by the medium of TV and the beautiful sights that unfolded during each episode. This book has been written to accompany the TV series. Its author is Christopher Somerville, a travel writer and journalist, rather than one of the presenters of Coast. This was my first disappointment. I was hoping that the book would have been penned by Nicholas Crane, the lead presenter of the first series who is also a writer. I think the book would have benefited from someone from Coast writing it. The book comprises of two sections.
