This is one in a series of books in the 'Little Kipper' range by Mick Inkpen, aimed at very young children. ~ The Content ~ The book's main character is the very popular, Kipper. In this book, Kipper is trying to catch a butterfly that has landed on his friend, Pig's lolly but it quickly flies away. Then begins a chase of the butterfly as it lands on a lilac bush and a baby's purple balloon which Kipper ends up popping to the astonishment of the baby!
