Dear Jim Clark: I love you, thank you for this brilliant book. It saved me. I got an A in A2 chemistry, an A in AS chemistry with over 95% and most importantly got into the university of my choice and my dream subject choice! (It'll be Dr Razzledooda in a few years time, I hope!) Dear Reader: I can highly recommend this book if you are an A Level chemistry student or the friend/parent/kind person who will buy a copy for a chemistry A Level student. Calculations in AS/A-level Chemistry had been a lifesaver during my study of the subject. I remembered when I had trouble understanding the Hess's cycle, one of the topics of the module Physical and Inorganic chemistry, as my teacher hadn't explained it properly. Reading through the notes on the topic and doing the questions led me to almost getting full marks on the topic test and I eventually got an A in that module. It has also helped me on questions on Titrations, which anyone would say, that are one of the most difficult concepts to grasp on the chemistry course.
