 ... Rosenberg's earlier books, it is the sixth book that I read her. Up until I encountered "California Angel", I was thoroughly impressed with the author's ability to weave intricate plot lines, to draw the reader into the storyline and to paint believable characters that grow on the reader with every turn of the page. She is not only a devoted wife, an excellent teacher - she is also an overall generous being, always having the best interests of others on mind before considering her own needs. This was the first book I ever read by Nancy Taylor Rosenberg, before I stumbled across this book, I had never heard of her. Now she is one of my favorite authors! She writes with the style of gripping you from start to finish, she doesn't write in complicated legal jargon so this book should appeal to all. I guess you could say she is a cross between Dannelle Steel and Sue Grafton, who are also my favorite authors. If you have similar tastes to this,,, I can guarantee you will not put this book down.
