This is definately the best diet i have ever been on (and there are many!) I watched the video, then read the recipe book for ideas. I was 11 stone 9 at the start and i am five foot 6. I followed this by the video and book for three weeks and was 10 stone 12 at the end. My skin was glowing and i felt great with lots of energy and i slept well at night. You need to have a lot of will power and stick to it. That was six months ago and i have not put the weight back on as i did on other diets. There have been so many different diet and fitness fads in our house through the years (food combining, the F Plan, Rosemary Conely etc mostly instigated by my mum), it was interesting to see if Ms Vorderman would offer anything different. Before you raise an eyebrow .... no I didnt buy it just to see Carol Vorderman. Her personal transformation provided the perfect advertisment for the diet which promised health, vitality, and a completely new shape as well as weight loss.
