Advantages: Great Book

Disadvantages: Don't read it to young especially at night

I used to read a lot and this is the book that got me into horror reading. I had already seen the film but as what people normally say "The film is completely different to the book" They were right. The book was a thousand times better. I had never believed that a book could ever scare me like a film does but this book did just that. To be fair I was quite young when I read it but even so it was Stephen King at his best. I don't think I have ever read a better one by him. I am normally a Dean Koontz fan but Carrie even beats him. Well done Stephen King for giving me nightmares for about two weeks. I don't think my mum was too happy with him though!
