I loved the Dr Seuss books when I was young so when I saw The Cat In The Hat book I had to buy it for my son. He loves it. It is a rhyming story about a girl and boy who have been left at home by their mother on a rainy day. They are sat in front of the window watching the rain when there comes a crash at the door and in bursts The Cat In The Hat.
