Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator is a follow on from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This time all the family goes with Charlie on his adventure. In the Great Glass Elevator, they go flying around the world, or that is what is supposed to happen, but they end up going higher and higher until they end up flying all around space. When they get in to space, they end up getting on to this spaceship, which has a hotel and that is where they stay.

Hope you enjoy the book like I have done there is no film to this one unlike Charlie's Chocolate Factory. I think this book is for about six year old and upwards because younger than that and they may not understand it as much. It is a great book suiatable for children aged from 4 years and upwards.
