Somehow I always manage to find the time to read a book, but hardly ever the time to actually review a book, or a DVD for that matter, which isn't quite right somehow based on the fact that reading a book would theoretically take longer to do rather than writing a review, however maybe it could be based on the fact that I read late at night or possibly that I don't feel like reviewing (very much the same thing happens when I don't feel like doing homework or revision).
