Even for a TV tie-in, this feels like a quick read. But at least it’s mostly text. There are moments where you might almost hear the characters speak. However, a disappointment is that even though the fictional Sanders’ supposedly egotistical musings on his career are ridiculously self-revealing, there is still very little of the sharply written dialogue characteristic of the Sanders shows.
