'Confessions' is the book Kathy Lette would have written if she'd needed to lose weight. AJ Rochester is an Australian comedian, writer and TV presenter. As a size 26, she arranged a 'fat and proud' event in Sydney as a publicity for her parenting TV show and was approached by a film crew who were making a documentary about obesity. As a result of that conversation she decided she wanted to lose weight, and the producer agreed to film it. She doesn't want to lose weight to become a supermodel, but so she can get the most out of life and keep up with her little boy Kai.
