I have just finished my first year of my law degree and I found this book really helpful during my revision period. For anyone currently studying law they would understand what I mean when I say that during your first year studying law it is very difficult to revise from the hugh textbooks which are often recommended by the universities. Whilst the bigger more in depth textbooks are good to use throughout the year to understand certain subjects, they are extremely difficult to revise from just before the exams as they contain too much information to relate too. This book I have to say was a blessing! I am a first year law student and it broke my revision down into manageable chunks. After looking through a stack of revision books on the shelf of the uni book shop I settled with this one (finding the cheapest price on www.find-book.co.uk). Being in my first year of a law degree I wasn't 100% sure on where to start with my revision, this book has dedicated chapters to each topic of first year law including the usual such as offer and acceptance, consideration, misrepresentation and remedies (to name a few).
