I would say that this is a more realistic book than some she has written - I don't know if the latest edition of "the baby and toddler recipe planner" has the chicken recipe in where you have to peel eight grapes but I personally would only try that once, and blame sleep deprivation for thinking it was a good idea - whereas this book actually has things I will make time and time again.

Most mums will probably have heard of Annabel Karmel, she is arguably the best known author of books for cooking for your baby and toddler and has been writing since 1991. Annabel's books aim to promote good nutrition in children and help parents to cook for their children; this book is slightly different as like the title would suggest its goal is to help you to cook with your children. "Cook it Together!" has been produced with DK books, and is beautifully illustrated with photos of the food being made in steps, the finished results and photos of children cooking and the rather lovely Annabel.
