I am terrible at following recipes usually and always end up adding an ingredient to the wrong pan or at the wrong time but these are simple and clear and even I manage to follow them.

This is a great book for inspirational food ideas. You can pick it up for £5 these days. This is really cheap for a recipe book these days. They are usually so expensive. It is good to flick through when you are lost for an idea for what to cook. Lots of things in there to inspire you. Also the recipes are very straight forward and laid out well so that anyone can follow them. I am terrible at following recipes usually and always end up adding an ingredient to the wrong pan or at the wrong time but these are simple and clear and even I manage to follow them.
