I have built up quite a collection of self-help books over the years to try and help me deal with my lack of self-confidence. Creative Visualisation is one of my favourites and it does really work too. Shakti Gawain writes in a no nonsense, easy to read style. I found her instructions easy to understand and to put into practice. I first read "Creative Visualisation" 14 years ago when I was a lonely 20 year old working as a nanny in Canada, thousands of miles from home , and I can honestly say it changed my life forever.....
