Having spent my formative student years in Bradford I have rather a penchant for curry. In fact, I would go as far to say that I could quite happily eat curry all day, every day; particularly when the recipes are as simple and straight-forward as those contained in this book. For the un-initiated, Pat Chapman is a curry god. No less, no more. Pat Chapman is a genius writer of this very good book all about curries and their proper names and the accompaniments that go with these wonderful curries. I have had my book for some years now and have used it every time we decide we would like a curry with a difference. Some of the curries are simple to make with very little effort involved, and some are more long winded and take some time to prepare. What I like is the end results providing you follow the book carefully are amazing and taste divine.
