Pat Chapman is a genius writer of this very good book all about curries and their proper names and the accompaniments that go with these wonderful curries. I have had my book for some years now and have used it every time we decide we would like a curry with a difference. Some of the curries are simple to make with very little effort involved, and some are more long winded and take some time to prepare. What I like is the end results providing you follow the book carefully are amazing and taste divine.
