Advantages: Easy to follow, tasty food.

Disadvantages: none

This is a fine book, well written and presented, the recipes are easy to follow, the produce is easy to find in most towns supermarkets and the end products even though I do say so myself are great.
With such a range of tastes and textures, colours and fragrances it's impossible to get board. Add to this the colurful history behind the food and the diversity of their origins its like having your own Asian culinary tour.
I was laughed at by friends when I announced that I was doing the cooking for a night at home with the lads and lassies but after a little practice to get the timing right with the spices this book made me look good and the food tasted as good as I felt.
With this book there is no need to be board with your own cooking or go hungry again.
One book to recommend to others. First class.

Summary: Dinner parties need never be boring again.
