Advantages: exciting. Written by Robert Muchamore

Disadvantages: Not as good as others.

This book was written for World Book Day and doesn't really write anything about James Adams who is usually the main character or his sister Lauren Adams. In this book review I will not contain any spoilers but I will hint at a few things. This book instead features Lauren's boyfried called Rat. They are helping Cherub. In my opinion this is quite a good book but isn't as good as the rest of the series or Robert Muchamore's high standards. I would recommend this read but I feel it necessary to read the first book called the recruit first as otherwise you won't know much of what is going on. This book has lots of twists and turns and despite a slow starter is action packed.

This book like most World Book Day books is very short but none the less an exciting short read. Robert Muchamore has written a good book and although it is not as good as the main books you can't expect a book of a third the normal size to be so. It is very cheap at £1 at the time but later on it might be easier to get it from a library than buy it. Thank you for reading my review and I hope you have found it useful. I have enclosed a list of all the books below in chronological order in case you wish to read them.

The Recruit
Class A
Maximum Security
The Killing
Divine Madness
Man v.s Beast
The Fall
Mad Dogs
Sleepwalker
The General
Brigands M.C (coming late 2009)
Also written by Robert Muchamore concerning the beginning of Cherub.
The Escape
Eagle Day
Secret Army (coming out in 2010)

Summary: A good read but not up to Robert Muchamore's great standards
