Rating:

Dragonquest is the second in the Dragonriders of Pern Series by Anne McCaffrey, and is set 7 years after the first, Dragonflight. It is better if you have read the first book, as you have already been introduced to the main characters F lar and Lessa, and this book continues their story. The Author Anne McCaffrey was born in 1926 in Cambridge Massachusetts. She graduated from Radcliffe College, majoring in Slavonic Languages and Literatures. She tried various careers, including acting, before turning her attention to writing, and her first novel was published in 1967. She now lives in County Wicklow in Ireland. Although the Dragonriders of Pern is often placed in the ...
