Advantages: good story

Disadvantages: sometimes hard to read

When I read this I had already read the first four books of the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy trilogy and must admit that I did enjoy it. But it is a long way from being the best book I have ever read.

The story line does get a bit difficult to follow at times and Dirks motives do not always seem to have been thought out properly by Adams and this makes his character slightly confused.

The time travelling professor is very entertaining although more could have been done with this character.

You do need to read this book carefully as sometimes it can be a bit confused and you sometimes fail to get the full gist of what is going on. But on the whole the book has a good story and is enjoyable to read.
