I recently was given this book after commenting to a friend that I had read The Take by Martina Cole. The author Jessie Keane is being held as the "new Martina", mainly due to their subject matter being similar. Dirty Game focuses on two sisters from a broken family who work in a club owned by the leader of the local gang. *Introduction* I don't remember seeing this book as a hardback, so I'm guessing that maybe it was only released as a paperback. I bought this book in Waterstones after seeing a sticker on the front of the book stating that they would refund my money if I didn't think she was as good as Martina Cole. As a big fan of Martina Cole's earlier work, I didn't thought it was a book I would like. *About the Author* After 20 years of trying to have her books published, Jessie Keane has now succeeded.
