In my opinion Divine Madness is the worst book in the series however it is still quite good it's just that the rest of the series is brilliant. I am not going to give any spoilers in my review but I will give hints to what happens. In Divine Madness James and Lauren Adams go on a mission to the Australian outback. Here there is a cult who brainwash people into following them and even leaving their life savings to them. Cherub however feels that this organization isn't as innocent as it seems. In this book James also meets someone he knows from the first book. This has a very dramatic climax and is a very exciting thriller. In my opinion despite the fact ... Read the complete review

Divine Madness by Robert Muchamore is an okay book. James is sent on a mission in Australia to find out what The Survivors (a religious cult) wants with Help Earth (an eco-terrorist group). The cult use brainwashing techniques to get people to join them and James finds it a struggle to resist them. He is sent deep into isolation and is now fighting terrorists and for his sanity. When CHERUB uncovers a link between eco-terrorist group Help Earth and a wealthy religious cult known as the Survivors, James Adams is sent on a mission to Australia to infiltrate this mysterious cult. The Survivors' outback quarters are completely isolated, and what with the Cult's sneaky brainwashing techniques, James is faced with his biggest Challenge yet. I think Divine Madness, by Robert Muchamore, is my one of my favourite Cherub Books. At the start of the book, we rejoin James at the Cherub Campus. Meanwhile, his girlfriend, Kerri, is on a mission in Hong Kong. The way Robert Muchamore flicks between various characters, and various scenes ... Read the complete review
