'Don't sweat the small stuff - and its all small stuff' I love this title; it is a mantra I use quite a lot now to try and calm myself down and put situations into perspective. If you take a second to just breathe and remind yourself of this you can quickly regain perspective and feel less stressed. I am highly neurotic and have a very nervous disposition with the ability to become highly stressed in a second so when someone recommended this book to me I thought why not give it a go - surely it can only do me some good. I have to confess I'm a bit of a sucker for a self help book, they make promises to de-stress you, make you happier and\or bring meaning to your life. This was the book that started me off as it was short snappy and yes definitely life enhancing although I have to go back every now and again and reread it to keep the advice fresh. This is a small easy to handle book. Each chapter is short and the book can be dipped into as and when required. The advice on the whole is good common sense but sometimes when you are in a situation common sense goes out the window and perhaps thinking back to the lessons in the book would be helpful.
