Advantages: Brilliant book.

Disadvantages: nothing really.

Jaquline Wilson has got to be my all time faveorite childhood author. I read Double act when i was about 9 and thouroughly enjoyed it. The book is brilentley writen and definatly makes you giggle. The charactores, Ruby and garnet are twins.Identical. They do everything together, especially since there mother died three years earlier. The twins, there father and there farthers new girlfrien Rose are moving to start a new life together in the countrey, and get up to all sortes off mischeif. i recomend this book for children ages 8-12 ... although can be fun to read for older children aswell. I thourouley enjoyed this book and hope yopu will too ... Also i love the illustrating by Nick Sharatt and think the chractors look really really good ... Have fun reading and i hope this has helped you wanted to buy the book .... thankyou for your time.
