I'll start off by saying this is my first book review, so any constructive criticism will be much appreciated! Dreaming of the Bones is the 5th book in the Duncan Kincaid/Gemma James series of detective fiction written by American author Deborah Crombie. Depsite the nationality of the author, the main protagonists of the books are British police officers working out of Scotland Yard. I first became aware of this series having read the previous novel out of sequence. I then set about reading all the books in order as I enjoyed it so much.
