I enjoy writing opinions on children’s books, so today I have given myself an exceptionally hard challenge as this book has exactly 20 words written in the whole book. I first hired this book out of our local library for my son, he was very young at the time and I was really only going for a picture book, that was brightly coloured and caught his attention. This book caught my eye mostly because the duck on the front cover looked completely cheesed off and very dirty and it made me laugh. The author’s name is Satoshi Kitamura and the author has written several similar books called Cat is sleepy, Squirrel is hungry and Dog is thirsty. ... Read the complete review
